I have a fully furnished double bedroom for single occupancy of a professional female available to rent just a 5 minute walk from Dorking High Street. The ground floor flat sits within a private gated development with plenty of parking. *Not suitable for anyone wishing to work from home*.
Along the hallway next to the bedroom is a private bathroom for use only by the lodger. The kitchen, and dining area are shared with myself. The living room has patio doors leading out to a small south west facing communal patio area.
I am a 26 year old female and live in landlord. I work for the Ambulance service and my shifts are a variety of days and nights over the 7 day week, therefore I am looking for someone who is quiet and considerate due to my varied sleeping times, as well as responsible, clean and tidy. Ideal for another shift worker.
Rent is £800 including all bills. The room is provided with a double bed (with storage below the bed), a double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, blinds and curtains.
Dorking Deepdene and Dorking Mainline train stations are 20-22 min walk respectively and Dorking West train station is a 16 min walk. M25 junction 9 is only 5.4 miles. Bus services to Reigate, Redhill, Crawley, Horsham and Kingston. London Gatwick Airport is reached by direct trains from Dorking Deepdene (25 minutes) or by car (25 minutes). The south coast can be reached within an hour by car.
Dorking is a market town nestled in the Surrey Hills surrounded by Boxhill and Denbies. There are plenty of walks, cycle tracks and National Trust properties to explore.
