Double room in house with share bathroom

A spacious room in a family home will be available from 1st January . It is downstairs next to the kitchen with patio doors leading to the terrace & garden. The shared bathroom is upstairs and there’s also a toilet downstairs. There is a kettle, and microwave and air fryer in the room. It can be very private if you use the patio door to go in and out. All bills are included. Parking off road. We a have a cat. This is a short term let because we are planning to move next year.
