Situated in a detached Victorian house within a National Trust managed woodland/common. The property has a large driveway and outbuildings to store bikes etc. The house sits within 1/3rd acre of garden including raised vegetable beds and wild flower meadow. There is a wooden chalet style clock house on the grounds which houses a yoga studio and games room with pool table and darts board.

The house has a large kitchen with a dining table, a utility room, office, loo and siting room on the ground floor and another office, three double bedrooms and three bathrooms (one family and two en-suite) upstairs.

We are a friendly and fun couple who look forward to welcoming you into our home. This opportunity is only for animal lovers as we have cats, dogs and hens! Ideally we’re looking for someone who is friendly and relaxed and keeps to themselves mostly. We both work from home so someone who works full time in an office is preferred arriving Monday pm and leaving Friday am weekly.

You will have access to the kitchen/dining room to cook and eat. You can do your washing in the laundry room when we’re not using it. Towels and sheets are included. Your bed will be changed every two weeks and the house, including your room will be cleaned weekly every Friday. Your contribution to bills and council tax is included in the rent.

We recommend you have a car, scooter or bike as we are a drive away from any amenities. You can walk to the local station (Holmwood) however the best transport links are from Dorking (7 mins by car) or Redhill (18 mins by car).
