Shared use of bathroom with one other person (walk in shower- no bath) and kitchen. No use of any other rooms in house or of garden.
Bathroom & kitchen is cleaned weekly and included in rent.
Family home with children in quiet road. 5 mins walk to centre of town and 10 mins walk to Dorking west train station and 15 mins walk to Dorking Deepdene & main station.
We require a clean quiet professional working male, non smoker, no pets, single occupancy only.
£400 deposit and weekly rent which includes all bills. We ideally would like someone for weekdays only (not a must)and would possibly reduce rent for this.
