One large (15’ x 12’) furnished room available. The room is light and has lots of storage space.. Comfortable double bed. Peaceful garden, all amenities inc fibre-optic b/b, plenty of parking. Quiet residential area near lovely countryside, 10 mins walk into Dorking town centre, 20 mins to the BR stations. Shared (with 2 others) WC and shower room in very large 4-storey detached Victorian house. Happy, tidy, friendly and good-natured person required for a calm, amenable household, to share with landlady and two other lodgers. There is a large kitchen/diner and a very large living room, both of which are shared. It is a comfortable room overlooking the garden. We have a dog too - a very friendly terrier/schnauzer cross, who lives in the kitchen and isn't allowed in the bedrooms.
