Peace and quiet in a well looked after family home

Hi there, I have a double room to rent for as long as needed to the right person. You will have the opportunity to enjoy the living room quite regularly as I often work into the evening in my office at home. The garden is lovely in good weather, and Dunsfold village offers quiet tranquility and only 5 miles from Godalming, 7 miles from Guildford and 3 miles from Cranleigh. I run a business from home and entertain clients there on a regular basis, so you will need to be accommodating of this. I have a 10 month old Border Terrier who is great fun, so the right person will have to love dogs!! Someone who is laid back, friendly, reasonably tidy and can help a little with house work would be ideal. References will be required as will a deposit.
