I am selling my flat and I will mostly be staying with my partner, keeping the smaller spare room for storage over the period until it is sold. The price reflects the exclusive use of the flat with all bills included.

You will have the full use of the flat other than the spare room - however if you are also between moves and need the space for storage, we can arrange this. I will only come back to pick up or drop things off and will not hang around.

The available bedroom is very large ( 5.7m X 3.3m plus spacious en-suite) and has a double bed with empty storage underneath a wardrobe / drawers and an en-suite bathroom.

There is an additional family bathroom , and a large living area including a large furnished balcony. The glass door at the end of the bedroom leads out onto the balcony and there are black out curtains so getting a good nights sleep isn't a problem.

The flat is big - 1000sq ft - so easily large enough for a couple or small family to stay comfortably.

It comes furnished but if you have your own furniture then I can make arrangements to have what you don't need out of the space you are using and into the storage room.


The huge windows allow in lots of natural light but are heavily sound proofed so you won't hear the passing trains - which I have found to be perfect for working from home too.

All bills are included and all the usual amenties are provided... broadband, dishwasher, tumble dryer, microwave , plates, cutlery, glasses, mugs etc.
The flat, which is a two minute walk from East Croydon station and Boxpark, has been kept in meticulous order as you can see from the photos.
