I am a private, live out landlord looking to rent a large bright double room with large ensuite in a friendly three bedroom house.

Double room for single or double occupancy with own lockable door, double bed, desk and plenty of storage. Also has a large ensuite with bath and extra storage.

Single occupancy: £1050/month
Double occupancy: £1200/month

The house is ideally situated on a quiet cul-de-sac road meaning there is little passing traffic, just 7 minutes walk from East Croydon Station and 10 minutes from West Croydon Station. There are fast and frequent 15 minute trains into Central London (Victoria and London Bridge) from East Croydon, as well as 24hr trains to Gatwick which take 20 minutes. Trams to Wimbledon and 24hr bus services run from both East and West Croydon. Parking is available but permit will have to be bought. There is a garden which you are welcome to use as well as a small barbecue and chairs - a rarity in Croydon!
