Anyone taking the rooms will get access to the facilities, flexible tenancy, cheap rent and no deposit – but in return I must ask if you can facilitate the sale process by keeping the place tidy, and also vacating the property occasionally so that potential buyers can come around to view it.

Anyone staying here must be prepared to vacate the property with one month's notice.

This flexible arrangement which would really suit someone who wants something quick and cheap – with no long-term rental commitments.

The apartment has high-speed internet, excellent hot water and central heating – and a good fully furnished and equipped kitchen area.

Only policy is no guests.

Smoking is allowed anywhere in the apartment.
