Double room in shared flat a few mins from east cr

I am currently a tenant in a shared flat, I am moving out so looking for someone to replace me. The room available is a large, furnished or unfurnished double dependent or your needs. There is a very big shared living room and fully fitted kitchen. The block it's in is just a few mins walk from East Croydon station and has a large communal garden area, which gets alot of sun and also includes free off street parking. I am moving to live with my partner otherwise I wouldn't dream of leaving the place as it really is quite lovely and I would recommend a viewing as my pictures dont even do it justice.
