Double Room in East Croydon

The Appartment has two bedrooms at opposite ends of the appartment and one bathroom. The living area is spacious. Located on the top floor we have a huge balcony with a beautiful roof top view.

The Appartment is centrally located with a gym (Anytime fitness) next door, a local market the street across every Sat, the high street is 2 min away, and we are 5 min walk to East Croydon station. Perfect for profesionsals working in the city.

You will share the appartment with myself (Lucie) and my boyfriend (Leslie). We are Londoners that have just come back from Australia. We are professionals, very sociable and laid back. I travel a lot for work so often spend 3/4 days a way per week.

We are looking for someone who will help make the appartment a home, someone who is clean, relaxed, and sociable.
