Intro:

We are a couple in our 30s living with our 2 children in East Croydon. 

You will be sharing the kitchen/dining room, utility room and garden. Sharing the bathroom with 1 other person.

Commuting:

-10minute walk to East Croydon train station
-15min walk into Croydon central shopping area
-10min walk to the up and coming Addiscombe high street and a 5 minute walk to Croydon's Morello quarter.
-15min by train to London Bridge
-17min by train to Victoria
-Direct trains to Gatwick airport and Luton
-Few minutes walk to bus stops and Lebanon tram stop.

We are very well connected for travel into central London, locally in south London, southeast of England and Gatwick and Luton airports.

The Room:

Very large fully furnished room with a double ottoman bed which provides storage under the bed, bedside table, wardrobe, desk, chair, own fridge/freezer, usb charging points in the room, android smart tv, community fiber internet, dimmable lights and digital lock on door.

Our large kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and a utility room with a washing machine and clothes drying area. We have a garden with a patio and grass area to enjoy.

We are happy for you to have visitors and also overnight guests.
