I'm looking for a new housemate for my large, double bedroom.
It’s a victorian maisonette with 2 large bedrooms separated by the stairs with 2 living areas which gives privacy and space.
The shared living areas include a lounge and large dining room.
The kitchen leads down to a large garden with BBQ and some gym equipment.
The property is 8 mins walk to East Croydon with great links to Victoria and London Bridge (15mins). It’s also 10 mins to west croydon station and the shopping centre.
I work for myself and am often away with travel around 2 weeks every couple of months.
It would be great to share with a friendly professional female who is looking for a new place to call home xxx
