I'm looking for someone who appreciates a quiet, tidy and cosy place to rent out a spacious double room in a new built 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat. I am a commuter and stay at the property only when I work, so the place will feel very private for the days that i am away.

The property is on the doorstep of East Croydon train station which has great transport links (13 min to London Bridge, 16 min to Victoria, 18 min to Gatwick). Boxpark which has restaurants and bars is next door and high street with shops is 5 minutes walk. Amazon Fresh just opposite the apartment block, with Starbucks and Co-Op just a short 1 minute walk away.

The flat is newly furnished and modern with private residents' garden & roof top terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer and microwave, there is a washing machine, furnished living room with a big TV. The bedroom is furnished (build-in wardrobe, side tables and chest of drawers) and comes with its own bathroom.
