Double Room in Newly Refurbished House

We are 3 Irish lads and an English girl. We are all easy going and enjoy socialising together and with friends at the weekend. We are all working professionals so the weeks are reasonably quiet with a few movies in the evening or tv series.

We are looking for someone similar minded that enjoys a mix of good nights out with the house but is also abit of a laugh and a chat during the week.

It's a lovely house as you can see in the photos and excellently located about 8 to 10 minutes to East Croydon station to get into the city. If you like the house drop me a message and we can organise some sort of viewing or chat with everyone.
