2 Double Rooms in 4 Bedroom House in East Croydon

We are a professional couple currently renting two rooms from the 4 bedroom house in East Croydon.

We are looking for either 2 individual tenants or a couple to rent both available rooms:

Individual - £400 per room per month excl bills
Couple - £800 for both rooms per month excl bills
* Please note if only one additional housemate is confirmed by October the rent would be £533.33

The house itself is very spacious, with a large shared living room/dining room, there is a conservatory and large back garden where we spend most of our time during the summer.

There is a downtairs WC and a three piece bathroom on the first floor, the current tenants have an ensuite so do not use the shared bathroom. The shared bathroom would be only used by the new tenants.

House is less than five minutes from East Croydon train station and other amenities. We commute to central London in less than 30 minutes for work.

No pets allowed.
Smoking outside/ in back garden only.
Rooms unfurnished/ everything else furnished
Parking space for 1 additional car only (as one is currently being used)
Very friendly and understanding landlord
