I’ve got one large en-suite and one single room available in my lovely detached house in Addiscombe, Croydon. The house has a really relaxed, homely vibe.

A Bit About the House
It’s a big, light-filled place with loads of space to enjoy. You’ll have:
• A large front and back garden
• A shared kitchen
• A cosy living room

All bills are included. Plus:
• High-speed fibre broadband
• Two bathrooms downstairs (shared between 3 people) for the non en-suite room.


The Rooms:
• Available now: two rooms, a large ensuite double with superking bed & a spacious single room.

The Area:
Addiscombe is a friendly, green spot. You’ve got plenty of shops, cafes, and supermarkets just down the road (plus a new reformer Pilates studio if that’s any interest!) on Lower Addiscombe Road. If you like a bit of nature, Lloyd Park is close by for walks or a run.

East Croydon Station is also only about 10 minutes away (or a super quick tram ride) with fast trains to London Victoria and London Bridge.

Please note that I live in the garden annex & I have a dog - while I’m near by for any urgent things, you won’t see me often!
