A double room is available in the next couple of weeks in my large, detached house in Addiscombe, Croydon, with all rooms becoming available in February. I’ll be moving next door in February, so the house will remain yours to enjoy without a live-in landlord.
While I’m still here, you’ll also share the space with my friendly dog. The house has a relaxed, homely vibe – perfect if you’re after somewhere comfortable and peaceful.

About the House

The house is spacious, filled with natural light, and fully furnished. You’ll have access to a large front and back garden, a shared kitchen, and a cosy living room. All bills are included for hassle-free living.

• Now (December): A bright double room with shared bathroom access.
• February: A very large room with en-suite and two additional very spacious double rooms.

The Neighbourhood

Addiscombe is a friendly, green area with plenty of shops, cafes, and supermarkets on Lower Addiscombe Road. Nearby Lloyd Park and Ashburton Park provide great spaces for walks, runs, sports. East Croydon Station is just 10 minutes away on foot or a short tram ride, with fast links to London Victoria and London Bridge.
