I'm looking for a flatmate to share a beautiful, newly-converted warehouse flat in Central Croydon, 10-15 min walk from East and West Croydon Stations.

- Right in the centre of Croydon with a range of shops, transport links, bars and restaurants on the doorstep

- 10-15 min walk from both East and West Croydon train stations, 2 min walk from Church Street tram stop 🚂

- Newly renovated warehouse with high, vaulted ceilings, lots of windows letting in loads of natural light ☀️

- Large, brand new kitchen/living area, with large fridge-freezer, washer & dryer, electric cooker, air fryer, instapot, dining table with benches, 2 x sofas and a 50" TV 📺

- Brand new bathroom with sink, shower, heated towel rail and storage (no bath) 🚿

- The room itself: double-bed and mattress, desk/dressing table, large wardrobe, velux window and bay window with blackout blinds. Plenty of space for storage under the bed and on the wardrobe, and extra shelving can be installed if you wish! 🛏️

- Set back from the road and with electric gates outside, it is secure and quiet 🔐

- LGBT+ 🏳️‍🌈 and vegan-friendly 💚 (I'm “flexitarian” myself)

- I have a hypoallergenic cat (a non-shedding breed, who I feed special food so she doesn’t produce allergens). I am allergic to normal cats but she doesn’t cause me issues. If you’re worried about allergies you’re welcome to visit and test whether she triggers your allergies 🐱🐈

ABOUT ME:

I am from Ireland & the Peak District, and moved to Croydon 3.5 years ago. I’ve had great experiences with my current lodger, who is leaving London. She has been like a flatmate rather than a lodger, and I’d love to replicate that again. I’m equally happy sharing a bottle of wine or chilling in my room, depending on mood! I work in sustainable finance, and I love books, travelling, politics and good food. I’ve lived abroad in several countries and I speak fluent French 🇫🇷🥖🧄
