I bought the house a couple years ago and since then have completely redcorated from top to bottom. The previous owners had also just put in a brand new bathroom and kitchen. Over £30k has been spent on the house in the last couple of years.
In a great location - equidistant to East, West and South Croydon (roughly 10 min walk) which can get you into London Bridge in 15 minutes. Loads of shops, pubs and gyms within 5 minutes. Great neighbours eitherside.
A bit about me - Originally from South Wales but have been living in London almost 5 years I work as an Account Director for an Ed tech. Big fan of most sports and a keen cook (Cook everyday for me and my housemate). I have also recently taken up golf which is becoming an obsession. The house is my home so looking for someone to share that with me. Cleanliness is a must!
The house has the best internet money can buy and full Virgin Package, Nest Thermostat, 55inch QLED tv etc
Can be flexible with furniture if you have your own but the room and the house has everything so you could move in with basically nothing.
