East Croydon station is a 10 minute walk away and is very well connected. Clapham Junction (10 mins), Victoria (17 mins) and London Bridge (14 mins). I work in Westminster everyday and my commute is about 45-55 minutes.
West Croydon station is a 12 minute walk away and that goes all over the place - to all of the stations in SW London (Balham, Wandsworth, Battersea etc) and directly to Shoreditch.
Croydon has tonnes of useful shops within a 10 min walk of the flat - a massive Primark, Zara, Boots etc, as well as a large Lidl. Food around here is excellent too - Box Park is amazing!
And about me! My names Rosie, I’m 30 and work in politics. I love current affairs and history but generally spend most of my time watching sitcoms, romcoms and going to the pub with friends. I’m very easy going but am very clean and would need a similarly clean flatmate too! I work in the office everyday.
Heating is pretty cheap: it has underfloor heating throughout, is 11th floor, has floor to ceiling windows and is south facing so stays warm without much assistance!
