It's a 5 minute walk to the local bus and tram stop and under 10 minutes walk to Addiscombe High Street which has all the local amenities you need plus independent shops including a bakery, fruit and veg shop and local butchers.

The flat has two bedrooms and the layout is spacious, with shared living/dining room, kitchen and shared bathroom.
