We are a seven minute walk and 15 to 20 minute train ride to London Bridge.

We're offering the main double bedroom in the property with a luxury ensuite bathroom with rainfall shower. Three-door wardrobe with mirror, under-bed storage, bedside tables with drawers and a full-length mirror.

We live in a gated and quiet community. It's spacious, clean and modern. You can use the parking space and the bike shed.

We have a good-sized private garden with patio and AstroTurf and theres also a very big communal garden that you would be free to use.

We have good WiFi.

The kitchen is well stocked and we also have some cool gadgets like a Ninja multi-cooker (air-fryer and more), a ninja soup maker/blender, a ninja smart kettle and a ninja 3-in-1 toaster/panini press.

We live on a peaceful and quiet street which is perfect for a morning run or walk and leads to the enormous Lloyd Park (about 10 minute walk away) and connects to other beautiful green spaces (just ask us for recommendations).

Transport is really good and is probably one of the best outside of central London.
• 15-minute trains to Crystal Palace, Gatwick Airport and Central London (London Bridge and Victoria Station for zone 1)
• 20-minute train to Farringdon Station for the Elizabeth Line.
• 25-minute train to St Pancras for Eurostar connections.
• 45-minute train to Brighton for the coast.

There are two gyms in walking distance from the station and good connections to supermarkets.

We are a friendly couple. We both work away from home for the majority of the time. Paddy occasionally works from home on the odd day and Ryan usually does five days in the office.

The rent includes all bills including a gardener, (excluding food and personal cleaning/laundry items).

Price per couple is an additional £100.
