Double room for a female in a bright flat

Comfortable double room in a cosy and quite flat.

I’m looking for a tidy, respectful female.
Both short-term (1–3 months) and long-term lets are considered. The initial agreement will be for 3 months, with the option to extend if it suits us both.

The room comes with a double bed with memory foam.
Fully furniture: wardrobe , chest of drawers ,computer desk and a smart TV !
Single occupancy.
No smoking and no pets.

Flat with a bathroom and a separate kitchen. Shared living room.
All bills are included ( WiFi, TV licence, Council Tax and energy)

I’m calm and friendly and I prefer a professional who will respect the house rules regarding cleanliness, tidiness, personal space and privacy.
I’m working from home some days in the week.
I've prefer a person who doesn't work from home every day.

The flat is in Addiscombe area with some local shops and a tram stop 5 minutes walk.
East Croydon Station is around 15 minutes walk. Direct trains to Clapham, Victoria, London bridge, Gatwick etc.
Bus to East Croydon 5 min or West Croydon 10 min.
