East Croydon single room available Nov to mid-Jan

Hi,

My name is Peter and I’ve lived in my flat close to East Croydon station since February 2022. My housemate is moving to Mexico for 2 months and I am looking for someone to take her room. It will be free to move into from 13th November (can be flexible on exact date) and she is looking to return mid January (can also be flexible on date). I’m providing some info below but feel free to message with any questions, and/or to arrange a viewing.

About me:
I am originally from Bournemouth but have lived in London since 2016, having previously spent a few years living in Spain after uni. I lived in rented flat shares for many years, but was fortunate enough to buy this flat in February 2022. We don’t have to have the same interests, but my time in London is usually spent: working in Westminster twice a week (civil servant, WFH 3 days a week), going to the gym, going to language exchanges/Spanish classes, playing football/tennis, going on hiking/surf weekend trips, going for pub lunches, having dinners out, and board game nights. I also enjoy chilling at home watching tele/Netflix/sports.

About the area:
The flat is located 10 mins walk from East Croydon Station - from here you are in Clapham Junction, Victoria, London Bridge, London Blackfriars and Gatwick, all in 10-15 mins (most trains depart every 5-10 mins except after midnight). Despite being close to East Croydon it is a really quiet road, and it’s opposite a church.

About the flat/room:
The flat is on the upper ground floor. It has a large, bright living room/kitchen diner and a new bathroom. Your room is somewhat on the small side, but currently has a bunk bed to maximise space and a desk below. There is also extra storage space outside your room.

All bills including council tax, gas/electricity, water, internet, TV license and Netflix are included in the price of the room (£525/month).
