Hi there! I'm looking for a flatmate to share a 2 bed flat located in the middle of Croydon. The building is close to many amenities such as supermarkets, public transportation, shopping malls, etc. I am a working professional and would like to find another working professional with the same 9-5 working hours. I am a very clean person and like to keep my flat clean so i'm hoping you are too. The room that I'm renting is fully furnished with new furniture and mattress so you'll be the first to be using them! Amenities such as gas, electric, water, wifi, parking and council tax aren't included in the rent so I'm happy to discuss the exact amount if you're interested.
