The flat in question is on the 2nd floor of this purpose built block and the space will be shared with one other person (not the landlord) - a friendly 30 y/o male who works in finance. in the City.
The space contains a double bed, 2 bedside lockers and has a 3 door freestanding wardrobe. The adjoining bathroom itself has plenty of room, along with plenty of internal storage space. This will be for the person's sole use as the other tenant has an ensuite bedroom. The tenants are responsible for the council tax payments (band E) and there will be an additional charge for the other utilities.
The kitchen has plenty of space and has an electric induction hob for cooking. On site there is a 24 hour concierge service so deliveries etc. can be received here. There is a well landscaped private roof terrace on top of the building solely for the use of the block's tenants. There is also a reasonably sized balcony off the living room in the flat itself. Being a tenant in this development also allows one complimentary access to the on-site gym once one is registered with the concierge desk. There is also a small Tesco a stone's throw away.
West Croydon is the closest station, however, East Croydon is a 6 minute walk and it takes circa 15 minutes to get into the City by train. London Bridge, London Victoria and Gatwick Airport are 15 minutes away by train. Clapham Junction is 10 minutes and away and the tram from outside the block goes to Wimbledon. Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon and Kings Cross St. Pancras are a few more minutes.
