Area: the house is located close to Lloyds park and tram is 4 min walk served by East Croydon station which can get you into London Bridge (15 mins), Victoria (15 mins), Gatwick (15 mins) and SW London (Clapham Junction 9 mins).
There are Lots of shops, bars and restaurants on the high street.
