Hey there! I'm looking a responsible tenant to live in my clean and tidy house.

It's got everything you need – a lovely garden that catches the sun, a modern open plan living and dining area with a kitchen that’s newly fitted and includes washer/dryer and dishwasher. There is a bathroom upstairs with a bath/shower and toilet, and a separate toilet downstairs. There is also a separate living room which has a desk in it - useful for working from home.

You will be living with a 33 year old friendly lady who works Monday-Friday 9-5 and never from home. Please note looking for a female housemate.

Your room is spacious and bright with two windows. It comes fully furnished with a large kingsize bed that has under-bed storage, two chests of drawers, a chair, bedside table, two large mirrored wardrobes, shoe rack, mirror, and your own TV on the wall.

The house is tucked away on a peaceful street that has plenty of restaurants and shops close by and we're only a:
- 5 minute walk to South Croydon station
- 10-15 minute walk to East Croydon station
- 20 minutes walk to West Croydon station.

The rent is £820 per month and includes all bills and Wifi.

Parking is available via a permit (approx £150 per year, the exact price will depend on the emissions of your car).

Please note: I own the house, the room I am renting is mine and due to not needing to live here for a period of time the room and house will be available for someone to enjoy. You can move in anytime from 19th September, with the lease ending on the 5th July.
