Separate entrance to the 1st floor flat for let for your privacy. I live with my small family in the ground floor flat with a separate entrance, so the open plan kitchen-living room and the bathroom are for the lodgers' (3-4 people only) exclusive use.

We are a friendly family. You can speak English, Spanish and Polish with us. Bills are included.

The bigger bedroom is already reserved by a lovely posgrad couple, so the smaller one is offered to 1 to 2 person's. If 2 friends are prepared to share it, the double bed can be replaced with 2 single ones. Single lodgers will be offered a rent adjustment.

Situated in Woodside, Croydon, Greater London, this modern, charming and bright 1st floor maisonette in the 2 storey building was recently extended and refurbished/improved in Aug 2024.

Central London can be reached by public transport as quickly as in 45 minutes. Woodside is one of the most quiet residential areas of Croydon, yet it is very well connected with Central London and London airports. The tram from Woodside stop takes 10 min to get to East Croydon, which is a major train station. Trains from East Croydon to London Bridge Station run as often as every 5 minutes (depending on the time of the day) and take about 15 minutes to get there.

Four different green areas are within 4-10 min walk, including South Norwood Country Park (Local Nature Reserve) with its lake and apparently over 100 different species being sighted each year. Public gym & swimming pool are 16 min walk.
