Neat En Suite room for Short Term Let

Looking for someone who needs a convenient place to stay in Croydon for a month or two. I will need the room back in a couple of months or so for when I return to the UK. SO ITS NOT SUITABLE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A LONG TERM RENTAL

This is a large single/small double with its own en suite bathroom.

Location is an approx 10 minute walk from the Croydon town centre and East Croydon/West Croydon stations (with frequent trains to London Bridge/Victoria or Redhill/Gatwick Airport.

The house is a 5 bedroom, Victorian End of terrace. 2 of the other tenants are British, the others Spanish and Polish.

House is near the East Croydon end of the road, recently renovated. 2 Washing Machines, 3 bathrooms, Fast Fibre Wifi,, well equipped shared kitchen.

It's my own place so not a low quality rental place. I'm overseas for a couple of months so want to rent out the room, for someone who wants a fairly short rent. You can message me on Whats App and the existing tenants can show someone around.
