I'm moving on to a new chapter in my life, and that means my gorgeous en-suite room in East Croydon is up for grabs!

I've absolutely loved living here - the flat is modern, bright, and has everything I need. The en-suite room is a real retreat, with a comfy double bed, plenty of storage, and a private balcony.

The living area is another highlight - it's spacious, airy, and has another balcony with great views. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can cook up a storm. Plus, the building is super safe and secure, with great amenities.

My flatmates are two lovely women who are always up for a chat or a night in. We're a pretty chill household, so if you're looking for a relaxed and friendly vibe, this could be the perfect spot for you.

Location-wise, we're just a 10-minute walk from East Croydon Station, which gets you into central London in no time. There are also shops, restaurants, and buses/trams right on our doorstep.

Current estimated bill per person including council tax, water, heating, electricity and broadband is £125-150 pp.
