Double Room- East Croydon

Hi guys.

We are currently looking for someone to take a double room in a shared 2 bedroom apartment (CR0 1GX).

We are nicely located (7 minute walk from the East Croydon station) and also nearby shops which are 3 minutes away as well as the shopping centre (5 minutes away).

The room is furnished. Bills are included on the rent. WIFI is also included.

My flatmate and I are both Chartered Accountants, and we are both 28 years old.

About the house:
We are at the Fold building apartments. These are new developments and modern. The building has a sky lounge that you can book to host dinner parties with friends at no cost with an amazing view of East Croydon. It also has a study area/conference rooms that you can book to have your meetings or when you want change of scenery when working from home!

The apartment is 2 bedrooms and has 2 bathrooms! So everyone has their own space.

There is a shared kitchen and lounge. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances (Oven, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster, cutlery, plates etc).

The lounge has a spacious couch and a 65 inch smart TV that is shared by my flatmate and I.

I am renting out my room and space as I am going on holiday for the next 3 months and the room is available until March 2025.

My current flatmate is also going away for the Christmas season and will only be back next year mid-January (so you will practically have the entire 2 bedroom apartment to yourself until mid Jan when he gets back). I only come back mid- March.
