Looking for a couple/duo or single person to replace my partner and I’s room! We share the unit with 2 other people. Move-in date is March 31st. Pets are welcome 💙

En-Suite Room on the 32nd floor with a stunning view of central London in the distance 💙 (can see the shard, london eye etc)

Contract: March 31st to Sept 30th (6 months) with the option of staying on longer.

Price: £1320 for the room or £660 per person for 2 people (super affordable for couples 🤝)

Utilities: With 4 people it’s £30-40 per month per person. Council tax is also split among 4 at £85 per person per month. Wifi has been paid for until September 30th 🥳

Location: East Croydon (Ten Degrees Apartment, really luxurious with a wide variety of amenities - gym, workspaces, a cafe, games room, movie room - PLUS pet friendly with a pet spa downstairs!) 🐶

Transport: 30 second walk (literally) to East Croydon station, and a 15min train ride to London Bridge 🚝 Lots of trams and buses within a 1 min walk too.

Area: TONS of food, grocery and convenience stores within a stone’s throw and a BoxPark opposite the road (events, live music, food stalls) 🍜ðŸ%8D£🌮🍔🍕

Appliances: Brand new washer, dryer, stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge & freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and a projector for movie nights! 🍿

Maintenance: There’s a 24/7 reception downstairs that will fix/sort any issues in your flat 🛠️

Housemates: You’ll be sharing the unit with 2 other people who have their own rooms and toilet. Dariia (she/her, in her final sem of her bachelor’s) and Kai (they/them, currently applying for a phd) are both homebodies, hobbies include gaming, baking, music, skating… u get the gist! 😄
