The flat has two bedrooms, open plan kitchen-living room, one bathroom to share and a small balcony. The room has plenty of storage and very bright.

All amenities within 10 minutes walk (shops, mall, restaurants, gym, doctor, etc). Perfect transport (3min walk to train station) and gets you to Central London in 15min by train (Victoria, London Bridge, Bank, Clapham Junction) and Gatwick airport (20min) and overground.

I’m looking for a professional laid back female preferred who is friendly, easy to get on and respectful person to feel like at home in a calm environment, clean, noise considerate and enjoy good living sharing communal space and looks after the flat, I want you to feel like your own home.
We can share meals or a glass of wine, pub/gym/socialising but also respecting our own privacy/ spaces at home.

I am a professional gay male, spend my week pretty much working (3 days office), going to the gym, quiet evenings(a very early bird)!
My weekends are relaxed, with the occasional plans and nights out and I travel often.
