Amazing modern room outside the station!

Right outside the station, 12 - 14 mins from London Bridge or 15-19 mins from Victoria, east Croydon station outside your front door. Trains are every 2 mins! Which is amaaaazing. Flexible on move in date as I’m already at my partners prior to moving abroad.. but ideally latest is from May move in please as that’s when I go!

Safe area I promise (no matter what nonsense you hear) lol i go out at all times and security downstairs in the building are so lovely! The space in the building is amazing has a gym, gardens, work from home space and games room and gym. The work from home space there’s one on the top floor and one on ground floor, and a cinema!

My flatmates are one guy and one girl! Both super lovely but we’re always working lol London life, we see each other in evenings if we cook etc and they’re both sweet! We do spend time together either going for food or catching up. Bills are around 200 a month - inclusive of council tax etc.. no more than 200. I’m moving abroad and this is our second year here.. i wouldn’t be leaving this place otherwise it’s amazing ! I think my two flatmates will extend for 3rd year but right now you’d be taking over until end of October. The building is ten degrees! Have a google! We got a good deal! Bathroom shared with the male and he’s tidy! Also a lot of cupboard spaces around the flat and kitchen. Oh and everyone is super tidy and minds their business ! We don’t mind guests etc if family or friends or partners are staying!
