I’ve got a lovely furnished room available in a relaxed, friendly house in Addiscombe.

The house has a homely feel with a big living room, bright conservatory, large garden and two main bathrooms plus an en-suite.

It’s just off Lower Addiscombe Road with loads of shops, cafes and supermarkets nearby.

Amazing transport links – only a 2-minute walk to the tram and about 10 minutes to East Croydon station, with fast trains into Central London, Gatwick and Brighton.

I don’t live in the main house - I’m based in an annex at the end of the garden with my dog, Saffron (she’s very sweet and stays with me). It’s a calm, easy-going place and we’re looking for people who’ll treat it like home.
