I am looking for a lovely, professional flatmate (preferably a lady unless you are a veeeery tidy gentleman ;) to share this beautiful, newly refurbished, bright and tidy 3rd-floor apartment located just 3 min walk to East Croydon Station, from where you could reach London Bridge and Victoria just in 15 min!
The room will be available from the 1st of July.

Council and service charge are already included in the price; the remaining bills are around £80 per person.

There is a secure car park available if needed. Rooms are larger than average, the apartment has been refurbished and feel very spacious with plenty of storage.

There is, however, no shared living room, but the atmosphere of the house will compensate for this, I promise!
