I'm looking for a mature and clean person to live with in Ten Degrees, East Croydon. I already live in the building, I'm looking to downsize from a 3 bed to a 2 bed. Let me know if you're interested.
The building has a lot of amenities to offer:

- sky lounge
- mezzanine

- Private dining room which can be rented for events
- A lovely and friendly reception team behind the front desk
They also host events for the residents so you get to socialise with people who also live in Ten Degrees.
Externally, there are 2 sainsbury locals on either side of the building, equidistant and theres also the gym group next to one of them. A 7-10 minute walk into town will take you to Lidl, M&S, primark, zara, holland and barrett, next and a sunday market and more. It's a lively fully stocked town! The train station is also 30 seconds away - getting you to Victoria in 15 minutes and London Bridge in 20.
About me:
I'm a teacher in a school in Victoria so I don't work from home. I go to the gym in the mornings before work and some weekends, I enjoy reading, hiking, playing any kind of sport. I'm very clean! A lot of people say that but don't mean it :/ I'm house proud so I care about the place that I live in and how it looks, looking for someone who feels the same.
