Part of 2 bed apartment. This is the main bedroom with ensuite. The room has a double bed and two wardrobes.

For an extra person, there is a charge of 100 extra i. e. 975 per month.

I am open to a short 3 month let only as the owner is planning to sell. Based on the sale, period may extend beyond 3 months on a monthly rolling basis.

Kitchen and family bath are shared.

All utility bills are included including Super fast broadband.
