Are you a tidy, respectful professional looking for a comfortable and convenient home in Croydon? I have a fantastic, fully furnished double room available for immediate move-in within my well-maintained 3-bedroom flat, ideally located in the vibrant CR0 area.

This is a live-in landlord situation. I occupy one of the bedrooms and am looking for someone who appreciate a clean living environment and communal harmony, happy to be social but also respectful of quiet hours and privacy. I work shifts Monday-Friday.

Important Details for All Tenancies:

Deposit: £850 (One months rent)

Minimum Term: 6 months. Unlimited maximum.

Tenancy Review: The initial tenancy for both rooms will be for a minimum term of 6 months. Towards the end of this initial period (typically around month 5), the tenancy agreement will be reviewed by both parties. This provides an opportunity to discuss extending the tenancy for a further period, or to serve notice if either party wishes to end the agreement.
