This is a live-in landlord situation. I occupy one of the bedrooms and am looking for someone who appreciate a clean living environment and communal harmony, happy to be social but also respectful of quiet hours and privacy. I work shifts Monday-Friday.

This provides an opportunity to discuss extending the tenancy for a further period, or to serve notice if either party wishes to end the agreement.
