We’re delighted to offer a spacious, south-facing king-sized room with high ceilings and a newly refurbished private en-suite in our welcoming home.

Our house is filled with natural light and has a beautiful garden (perfect for morning coffee or evening unwinding) plus a brand-new modern kitchen for anyone who loves to cook.

You’ll be sharing with us — a friendly, clean, and quiet married couple (she/her, she/her) — and our adorable 4-year-old springer spaniel, who’s full of love and can never get enough of playing fetch.

My name is Lily, I am an accountant who works hybrid. I like gardening, hiking, and board games. My wife Maria is a nursery school teacher. She likes reading, hiking and she tolerates board games for me 😂! We value a calm, tidy, and relaxed home atmosphere. We’d love someone(s) who appreciates a peaceful but welcoming environment.

Transport links into London are excellent. We are 2 mins from wandle park tram stop with is 5-10 mins to east Croydon station. Which is a 15 min direct train to London Bridge. You can also get direct trains to Clapham junction, Victoria or St Pancras. You can also walk to east Croydon in 15-20 mins if you are a walker like me!


Note if you are a couple rent is £1,100 a month as bills are included.
