A fully furnished double room is available in my own home on Davidson Road, East Croydon — a short walk from East Croydon Station, with fast trains to London Bridge, Victoria, Blackfriars, Farringdon, Kings Cross and Gatwick and Redhill.

I’ll be overseas for the winter, so I’m looking for a responsible, easy-going professional to enjoy the space while I’m away. It’s a friendly, relaxed household — sociable enough for a chat in the kitchen, but definitely not a party house.

You’ll be sharing with three other easy-going professionals who keep things tidy and respectful.
