A fully furnished double room is available in my own home on Davidson Road, East Croydon — a short walk from East Croydon Station, with fast trains to London Bridge, Victoria, Blackfriars, Farringdon, Kings Cross and Gatwick and Redhill.

I’ll be overseas for the winter, so I’m looking for a responsible, easy-going professional to enjoy the space while I’m away. It’s a friendly, relaxed household — sociable enough for a chat in the kitchen, but definitely not a party house.

You’ll be sharing with three other easy-going professionals who keep things tidy and respectful.

The house offers:

Comfortable shared lounge with large TV

Spacious, well-equipped kitchen with plenty of cupboard space

High-speed fibre broadband

Washing machine and all mod cons

Gas central heating throughout

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers, desk, sofa — ready to move straight in.

📅 Available: from 12 November until end of March (extension beyond March maybe possible, but not guaranteed depending on how my travel plans pan out)
💷 Rent: £550 per month (all bills included)
