We’re a small, respectful family with children, looking for a female lodger only – ideally a quiet, tidy professional or student who values a peaceful and homely environment.

Location:
Addiscombe, Croydon. 3 minutes’ walk from the Addiscombe Tram stop.

Rent & bills:
£530 per month, all bills included (Wi-Fi, council tax, utilities).

What we’re looking for:

Female only (professional or student)

Clean, tidy, and respectful.
No smoking, no overnight guests, no pets

Shared use of kitchen and bathroom
