My housemate is moving out so a room is available for someone who is looking for a double room in east Croydon.. 10 minute walk to East Croydon train station and tram stop at the top of the road.
£850 rent, bills not included but I’m currently paying around £1100 a month all in although could be cheaper if shopped around.
The only thing is the main bathroom is joined onto this room which I know won’t suit many people, although there is a single toilet downstairs too.
Room is comes unfurnished and I also have a cat who lives here, sweet little boy who causes no issues.
