Hey, I am 27 year old Black African British female and work for a local authority. I work from home most days and in the office 2x per week. My flat is my safe space and hope it can be for you too. I am happy with whoever as long as you keep the shared spaces clean as hygiene is an important one for me. Other than that I am a social and open person who won’t bother you :)

My tenancy was a shared one however, this won’t be continuing hence me needing to complete the rest of the tenancy.

Located near Lower Addiscombe and Sandilands tram stops and a 20min walk to East Croydon Station which has transport links all over London. The high street has a local Sainsbury’s, Pilates studio, takeaway shops, nail shops, local convenience and off licence (a bit of everything).

The flat has been refurbished to a high standard with integrated and modern appliances such as LED Mirror in bathroom, Samsung washing machine, large walk in shower, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and oven. I have part furnished the flat and will continue to do so in the coming months (at no extra cost to you). The bedroom is unfurnished and a good sized double room with a small fitted wardrobe space which has a sliding door.
