I’m looking for someone to take my double room in a newly renovated house with a lovely garden, available January to February while i travel (can be flexible).

The house is fully equipped with all appliances, modern fittings, and a calm, cosy atmosphere. The room, facing the back garden, offers plenty of privacy and calm. It comes with a double bed, a walk-in closet, and a desk + chair

You’d be living with my Landlord (whilst I travel) — we are both very calm, clean, and respectful people who really value a peaceful, tidy, and considerate home environment to come back to. Please only reach out if this sounds like you.

There is flexibility for the right person — I can accommodate shorter or longer sublets if needed. Ideal for international students, job placements, or anyone needing a stable short-term stay.

A short-let contract can be provided for security on both sides.
