Double bedroom - short let

I’m renting a two-bed flat in East Croydon and looking to sublet the spare room short term in 2026 (dates are flexible).

The flat’s in a really good location, about a 15-minute walk to East Croydon station. Trains run every couple of minutes and it’s super easy to get to London Bridge, Victoria or Clapham Junction. Central London is only about 15 minutes away, which makes commuting really easy.

The room itself is a good size with lots of storage, so it doesn’t feel cramped. You’d only be sharing with me, so it’s quiet, clean and pretty relaxed, definitely not a busy house share.

The flat is comfortable and easy to live in, and I’m hoping to find someone similar who’s tidy, respectful and easygoing.
I’m open to anyone looking for a short-term place early next year, whether that’s for a few weeks or a couple of months.

Rent is £950 a month, with bills around £150. I’m happy to arrange rent to be paid weekly or monthly, and I’m also flexible when it comes to agreeing on the deposit.
