Hi! I got this fully furnished flat on a new build property right next to the East Croydon station. I unfortunately have to move out to get closer to work, but my current flatmate would be renewing her lease and would need a new flatmate. The building only opened in February 2025, so everything is still new. There’s a gym, a co working space, and a 24 hour concierge!
