I am a live-in landlady, however, I've lived in flat shares throughout my 20s and early 30s and will treat the flat as such. I'm tidy, clean and respectful of everyone's space. I have a busy life and the room would suit someone similar. Respect & tidiness is a must!

- Storage space under the bed
- Council tax, water, wifi all included in rent
- Electricity & gas not included
- 1 month's rent as deposit

The flat:
- Shared kitchen and bathroom (no living room)
- Back garden
- Loft (for extra storage space if required)

The area:
- 10-15min walk to East and West Croydon station, connecting you to Victoria, London Bridge and Gatwick Airport within 20min
- Easy access to East London via the Overground from West Croydon
- 1min walk to Lidl, and less than 5min Walk to Croydon high street & all shopping centres etc.
