I am a current tenant of a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in East croydon. I am moving out and looking for a replacement tenant for my room. Currently one Indian female professional is occupying the other room.

Building is 1 min walk from station with direct trains reaching London bridge in 15 min. Fully furnished apartment with fridge freezer, washing machine with dryer, oven ,hob, living room furniture, bed, mattress, built in cupboard and storage cupboard. You can just move in with your bags.

Bill including council around 150-200 per head based on usage. Internet included.

Some flexibility around move in date.

Vegetarian /vegan preferred.
